Land Use and Zoning
For the past twelve years Mr.Watkins has represented both developers and municipalities in land use and zoning matters, and his experience includes appearances before the Utah Supreme court and Court of Appeals. His practice in land use and zoning is extensive, and has enabled him to sucessfully guide both land owners and government officials through the labyrinth of zoning laws, finding creative solutions to complicated problems without litigation.
